Mukesh Sundaram, CTO and SVP Transera Communications, Inc.
Mukesh Sundaram brings more than 30 years of software development, systems engineering and management experience to Transera as well as his talent for technology innovation in communications and networking. Mukesh has successfully contributed to the development of several next-generation standards in voice communications, network management protocols, managed services architectures, and web technologies. Prior to co-founding Transera, he cofounded Telera, and served as CTO and vice president of engineering at Telera/Genesys, guiding the development of the award winning Genesys Voice Portal product. He has also held management roles at VOIS Corporation, Novell, Excelan and Ungermann-Bass.
Mukesh holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Tennessee, with doctoral studies at the University of Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from IIT Madras.
Amit Kumar, Founder and CEO Lexity
Amit is founder & CEO of [Lexity](http://lexity.com/), the App Platform for Ecommerce. Developers write-once, distribute-everywhere, to millions of Ecommerce merchants, globally.

Lexity is a Spark Capital, True Ventures and 500 Startups funded startup.

Previously, Amit was VP Product for Dapper, an Accel-funded startup focussing on semantic advertising. Before that, at Yahoo! Web Search, 
he introduced Semantic Web technology to Search, invented SearchMonkey, filed 15+ patents, and managed publisher-focused products. Amit has deep expertise in Search, Semantic Web, Advertising and Networking; and has experience both founding startups and building new products  for Fortune 500 companies.

Amit is also President of the IIT Delhi Alumni Association in North America.
